P&G adds ConTipi for $100M

Proctor & Gamble is purchasing medical device company ConTipi. The Israeli company, ConTipi, specializes in making disposable inserts that prevent urinary incontinence in women. P&G will pay $100 million in two parts - half up front, and half if certain conditions are met. ConTipi expects to start marketing its disposable inserts in 2011.
