First Solar Inc (FSLR.O) said it acquired solar technology company RayTracker Inc for an undisclosed amount, the company's latest move to build up its business that designs and builds solar power plants.RayTracker, which was a unit of Pasadena, California-based technology incubator Idealab, makes "trackers" that turn solar panels to follow the sun as well as other hardware and software systems used to construct solar power plants.RayTracker's customers will be transitioned to First Solar, the companies said in a statement on Friday.
