Integral Systems Inc (ISYS.O), which provides controls for military ground systems and satellites, has hired financial advisors to review strategic alternatives, including a potential sale of the company, people familiar with the matter said. Integral Systems is the latest company potentially up for grabs for larger defense rivals seeking niche technologies. Columbia, Maryland-based Integral Systems hired boutique investment bank Stone Key Partners about two months ago to conduct a strategic review, the people said. The company has not yet begun the process of soliciting potential offers, and it could take weeks for the process to begin, one of the people said.
