Confident D.Boerse will not raise NYSE bid -source, (NYSE: NYX), (NASDAQ: NDAQ), (NYSE: ICE)

Deutsche Boerse (DB1Gn.DE) has no plans to raise its $10.2 billion bid for NYSE Euronext (NYX.N), confident the benefits of its deal will trump a higher offer from rival U.S. exchanges, a source familiar with the deal said. Some shareholders and clients of the German exchange operator had expected a possible bidding war with rivals Nasdaq OMX (NDAQ.O) and IntercontinentalExchange (ICE.N) of the United States. But the source said on Wednesday: "There are no plans to increase what Deutsche Boerse has already offered."
