Natural gas and electricity retailer Just Energy Group Inc said it would sell its water heater and heating ventilation and air conditioning home services business to Reliance Comfort Ltd Partnership for $505 million. The purchase price includes a debt of $273 million.

Shares of JE traded higher by 4.26% or $0.23/share to $5.63. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $5.37 and as high as $8.25. On average, 498338 shares of JE exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 774370.
