GTECH to issue bonds in euro and dollars for total of $5 bln, (NYSE: IGT)

GTECH plans to issue senior bonds for a total of $5 billion as part of its financing for the acquisition of U.S. slot machine maker International Game Technology (IGT), the Italian gaming group said on Friday. GTECH will offer senior bonds denominated both in euros and in dollars, subject to market conditions.

International Game Technology is a global gaming company. Shares of IGT traded higher by 0.06% or $0.01/share to $16.94. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $12.14 and as high as $17.55. On average, 1852390 shares of IGT exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 743388.
