Cognex Next to be Acquired?

CNBC's Jim Cramer recently made a strong case for Cognex to be a potential takeover target, on Friday's show. He recommended it as a speculative play with $5 a share in cash; a company that has been growing its revenues quickly and expects double digit growth and even triple digit grwoth in China. Cognex trades near it's 52-week high, but could be prey for a hungry company interested in adding a machine-vision division to its business.
