Mad Takeover Speculation

Mad Money host, Jim Cramer, bumped Pall Corp today for his next merger and acquisition takeover target. The company specializes in filtartion using it's fluid mechanics engineering techniques. Cramer speculated that the industry was hot and that the company could be taken over for as much $60 a share - at least from a perspective that the acquirer would pay a similar value as Millipore received when it was taken over by Merck's KGA.
