JPMorgan shuffles M&A team, hires Cravath lawyer, (NYSE: JPM)

JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) shuffled the management of its deals advisory business on Thursday, naming Jimmy Elliott as global chairman of M&A and hiring a Cravath, Swaine & Moore lawyer to co-head North America M&A. Jim Woolery will join JPMorgan from Cravath to become co-head of North America M&A with Chris Ventresca. Elliott, a 14-year veteran of the bank, was earlier global head of M&A. The bank also revamped its healthcare practice. Jeff Stute will become head of North America healthcare coverage group. Robbie Huffines will become vice chairman of investment banking and focus on deepening the bank's relationships with the firm's most important clients. (Reporting by Paritosh Bansal)
