Japan's Kirin Holdings (2503.T) and China Resources (Holdings), the parent of China Resources Enterprise (0291.HK), will establish a joint venture in China as early as this year, the Nikkei business daily reported on Monday. The two beer makers are still in talks on details of the alliance, including capitalisation and equity stakes, the newspaper said. A Kirin spokeswoman declined to confirm the report.
