Nokia Oyj's (NOK1V.HE) telecoms equipment joint venture Nokia Siemens Networks [NOKI.UL] is focused on closing its agreed $1.2 billion acquisition of Motorola's network arm in the first quarter, NSN's chief said. "We continue to work with Chinese authorities," CEO Rajeev Suri told Reuters in an interview on Friday. The Chinese regulator is yet to approve NSN's acquisition of the Motorola unit and has already forced Nokia Siemens to delay closing the deal into this year.
