Prudential Financial Inc (PRU.N) has agreed to form a private equity fund with China's Fosun Group, sources with direct knowledge of the plan said on Thursday. Prudential plans to invest $500 million in the fund, while Fosun has committed $100 million and would manage the fund, the sources said. (Reporting by Samuel Shen and Jacqueline Wong)
