Software maker RightNow Technologies Inc (RNOW.O) said it would buy privately held Q-go.com B.V. for about $34 million in cash to strengthen its services and raised its fourth-quarter outlook. RightNow, which provides customer relationship management (CRM) software and services, expects the acquisition to add to its earnings in the first quarter of 2012. Amsterdam-based Q-go is expected to add about $1 million of revenue in the first quarter of 2011, and about $8 million in fiscal 2011, RightNow said.
