Russia's biggest mobile phone group MTS (MBT.N) is talking to fellow telecoms operators over a possible merger, the CEO of MTS parent company Sistema (SSAq.L) told reporters on Monday. "There are talks," Sistema CEO Vladimir Yevtushenkov said in answer to a press question, without adding further details.
