Hedge fund magnate Steven Cohen reported a 5.3 percent passive stake in Domino's Pizza Inc (DPZ.N), sending its shares up 2.4 percent after the bell. Cohen, founder of hedge fund SAC Capital, owns 3.2 million shares of the pizza delivery chain, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Domino's, whose shares have gained about 48 percent over the past year, has been benefitting from a new pizza recipe in the United States and has seen its same-store sales soar.
