Mexico's leading broadcaster Televisa and Spain's La Sexta have held talks with different players aiming to merge the Spanish company with a bigger media conglomerate, according to a source with direct knowledge of the discussions. Televisa is a stakeholder in La Sexta. "We have been in talks with different players in the Spanish market to merge La Sexta with them," a Televisa (TV.N) (TLVACPO.MX) source told Reuters on Friday.
