CD&R to take Emergency Medical private at $64/share, (NYSE: EMS)

Private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has agreed to buy healthcare and physician services company Emergency Medical Services Corp (EMS.N) for $64 a share. The companies valued the deal at $3.2 billion. EMS shares closed at $70.66 on Friday. (Reporting by Lewis Krauskopf)
