Clorox Co (CLX.N) Chief Executive Don Knauss got a courtesy call from Carl Icahn the day the activist investor announced his stake in the company and the two have not spoken since then, Knauss said on Thursday. On Feb. 11, Icahn disclosed that he had taken a 9.08 percent stake in Clorox and called the stock undervalued given the company's big brands. While the news of Icahn's stake initially sent Clorox soaring to a new high of $72.43, the shares have retreated from that level and currently trade just above $67. Icahn said in the Feb. 11 filing that he may seek to have conversations with Clorox management to discuss its business.
