CORRECTED - INSIDER-Flash Crash fix debate heats up ahead of SEC report

U.S. regulators are set to unveil new findings on the May 6 flash crash and whether new controls they put in place since then will prevent another market meltdown. Whether the market will be satisfied the remedies will prevent the next one is still up for debate. The SEC and CFTC believe the nearly 700-point drop in the Dow was sparked by the sale of 75,000 S&P index futures contracts. But other market participants say that is not the whole story, and are bracing for the market to go haywire again.
