Motorola Mobility buys software firm 3LM, (NYSE: MMI)

Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc (MMI.N) said it had acquired Three Laws Mobility Inc (3LM), a developer of mobile enterprise security software and mobile device management products for the Android operating system, for an undisclosed amount. The agreement was completed in late 2010 but terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the company said in a statement. 3LM's technology is designed to enable the adoption of Android devices by businesses and governmental entities.
