OMERS, one of Canada's largest pension funds, said on Monday it is in talks with engineering and construction firm SNC-Lavalin (SNC.TO) to buy Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd's nuclear power reactor business from the federal government. The Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS), said the process was down to two bidders.
