Canadian patent licensing firm Mosaid Technologies Inc said it has agreed to a six-year licensing deal with Korea's Hynix Semiconductor Inc . Mosaid, which expects to sign a final agreement in the next couple of weeks, said its current license deal with Hynix expires on March 31. Shares of Ottawa, Ontario-based Mosaid were up 3 percent at C$31.47 on Thursday morning on the Toronto Stock Exchange. They touched a high of C$31.65 earlier in the day.
