The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Tuesday: * China Huadian Corp plans to sell shares in its renewable-energy unit in a Hong Kong initial public offering that may raise as much as $1.5 billion, said two people with knowledge of the matter, Bloomberg reported. * Anheuser-Busch InBev NV's U.S. unit agreed to buy fast-growing Chicago brewer Goose Island for $38.8 million, one of several moves by the company to ratchet up its investment in high-end beers, the Wall Street Journal reported. * The Yucaipa Cos, the Los Angeles-based private-equity firm owned by Ron Burkle, is evaluating entering the minority-owned banking space via stake acquisitions, Yucaipa partner Carlton Jenkins told mergermarket, the Financial Times reported.
