The Tokyo Stock Exchange is considering entering merger talks with its smaller domestic rival, the Osaka Securities Exchange (8697.OS), TSE CEO Atsushi Saito said on Thursday, confirming earlier media reports. Saito said he would want for the Tokyo Stock Exchange to be listed before any merger with the OSE. (Reporting by Tim Kelly)
