Veteran banker Ken Costa leaving Lazard, (NYSE: LAZ), (UBSN), (NYSE: UBS)

Senior dealmaker Ken Costa, 62, is leaving Lazard (LAZ.N) after three and a half years with the firm, a spokesman for the investment bank said on Tuesday. Costa was chairman of Lazard International, an elite team of senior bankers advising global clients, which also includes Lazard's new co-head of UK investment banking Alexis de Rosnay. Costa joined Lazard in October 2007 from UBS (UBSN.VX)(UBS.N), where he had been chairman of investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
