American International Group Inc (AIG.N) said on Wednesday it hired Peter Juhas, one of the key Morgan Stanley (MS.N) investment bankers involved in its restructuring through the financial crisis. Juhas was named head of strategic planning, and will report to Brian Schreiber, executive vice president, treasury and capital markets. In his new role, Juhas will be work with AIG's businesses to tap growth opportunities globally. "Few people understand AIG's challenges and opportunities as well as Pete," Schreiber said in a statement.
