Dutch privately-owned online retailer Wehkamp.nl is up for sale and could attract interested parties such as Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O), Dutch rival Bol.com, or private equity firms, sources and analysts told Reuters. Wehkamp.nl, whose product range includes Levi's and Calvin Klein clothing as well as lesser-known brands, computers, and furniture, is owned by RFS Holland Holding B.V. The holding company is owned by its management and former KPN (KPN.AS) Chief Executive Ad Scheepbouwer, who jointly bought it at the end of 2008 from Nordic private equity firm IK-Investment Partners. "A bidding document is being prepared," said a banker who was familiar with the situation but who declined to be quoted by name. Two other bankers, who declined to be named, said they had heard that Wehkamp.nl was up for sale.
