Japanese trading house Mitsui & Co will pick up a 30 percent stake in Malaysia's Integrated Healthcare Holdings Ltd for about 90 billion yen ($1.06 billion), the Nikkei Business daily reported. The healthcare holding company that owns leading hospitals in Asia is fully owned by the Malaysian sovereign fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad , the daily said. The investment will dispatch part-time directors and other personnel of the trading house to Integrated Healthcare, as well as propose a new medical business, the business newspaper said.
