UBS bulks up tech banking with another U.S. hire, (UBSN), (NYSE: MS)

UBS AG (UBSN.VX) has hired Adam Frisch for its technology, media and telecom investment banking team, part of the Swiss bank's efforts to bulk up on its technology team in recent months. Adam Frisch will rejoin UBS in August as a managing director, and will be one of two supervisors of the company's IT services banking business. He will report to Mark Zanoli, head of technology investment banking for the Americas. Frisch spent 13 years in the UBS research group before moving to Morgan Stanley (MS.N) as a senior research analyst for the computer services and IT consulting businesses.

Morgan Stanley is a global financial services firm that, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides its products and services to a group of clients and customers, including corporations, governments, financial institutions and individuals. Shares of MS traded higher by 0.66% or $0.16/share to $24.29. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $22.40 and as high as $31.04. On average, 11860400 shares of MS exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 4165865.
