Prior to that role, Jinishian was global head of technology M&A at Citigroup Inc (C.N), where he worked for 14 years. Based in San Francisco, Jinishian will report to John Laughlin, head of M&A and work closely with Gerry Walters, who joined Wells Fargo Securities in 2010 to head up the West Coast technology investment banking team.
