Kraft, SodaStream in branding deal, (NYSE: KFT)

Kraft Foods Inc will make its branded flavors available for use with SodaStream International Ltd's soda-making machines, the companies said.Kraft, the largest North American packaged food maker, and Israel's SodaStream plan to launch the products during the second quarter of 2012.Initially, Kraft will make available brands such as women's diet beverage Crystal Light and lemonade brand Country Time. This will be the first time that Kraft Foods flavors will be available specifically for use in a carbonated beverage.Kraft shares closed at $37.39 on Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange. Shares of SodaStream closed at $37.75 on Wednesday on the Nasdaq.

Kraft Foods Inc. (Kraft Foods) manufactures and markets packaged food products, including biscuits, confectionery, beverages, cheese, convenient meals and various packaged grocery products. Shares of KFT remained unchanged at $37.39. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $30.21 and as high as $38.05.
