The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1045 GMT on Monday: ** Shares of Australia's Sundance Resources Ltd surged more than 17 percent on Monday after the Republic of Congo granted it a key mining permit and following reports China's Hanlong Group plans to complete its long-delayed $1.4 billion takeover by March.** A group of private equity firms, including the Carlyle Group, struck a deal to purchase financial advisory and investment banking firm Duff & Phelps Corp for about $665.5 million.
