The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Friday: * Blackstone Group will visit Dell Inc's headquarters on Monday to begin an in-depth analysis of the company, sources said, a strong sign the takeover firm is proceeding with an offer that could upset founder Michael Dell's $24.4 billion buyout bid.** French oil major Total has reached a definitive agreement to sell its TIGF gas transport and storage unit to a group led by Italian gas transport group Snam, French power company EDF, also part of the acquiring group, said on Friday.
