Dish Network Corp said on Tuesday it has answered all the questions posed by a special committee of Sprint Nextel Corp's board of directors, as Dish awaits a response to its unsolicited $25 billion offer for the company.Dish also said Tuesday it would sell $2.5 billion in debt to help fund the bid. It marked the company's second debt sale to fund acquisitions in six weeks. The last one ended up raising $2.3 billion, more than double what was planned.Dish said if the Sprint deal does not take place by a certain date, the subsidiary making the latest debt offering would redeem all the notes.Reuters reported last week that SoftBank Corp, which already has a deal to purchase Sprint, had asked banks not to finance Dish's unsolicited bid for the company.
