Deals of the day- Mergers and acquisitions, (NYSE: BUD), (NYSE: RDS-B)

The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1100 GMT on Monday: ** Anheuser-Busch InBev SA, the world's largest brewer, has agreed to purchase South Korea's Oriental Brewery Co Ltd for $5.8 billion including debt, regaining ownership of a key Asian asset at a time of strong industry growth across the region.** Oil major Royal Dutch Shell Plc said it had agreed to sell stakes in a gas project in Western Australia for $1.14 billion as part of a drive to improve return on investment.

Anheuser-Busch InBev SA, formerly Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, is a brewing company. Shares of BUD fell by 1.91% or $-1.98/share to $101.47. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $83.94 and as high as $106.83. On average, 1136470 shares of BUD exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 2721091.

Shares of RDS-B fell by 1.78% or $-1.34/share to $74.08. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $65.02 and as high as $76.00. On average, 1043880 shares of RDS-B exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 4587713.
