Hiring the right CEO can double the stock's price in the next few years, the activist investor had said in February.Ghasemi, who will replace John McGlade, is currently the CEO of specialty chemicals maker Rockwood Holdings Inc. He is also on the boards of battery maker EnerSys and specialty chemicals company Chemetall GmbH.
