The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media: * China's Alibaba Group Holding Ltd and its unit Alipay are in advanced talks to purchase a stake for about $550 million in India's One97 Communications, which owns an online payment platform, sources directly involved in the transaction said.* Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc is preparing to withdraw from its Asian corporate banking business and put most of it up for sale, according to a report by Bloomberg, citing a person with knowledge of the discussions.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) is a holding company of a global banking and financial services group. Shares of RBS fell by 2.02% or $-0.23/share to $11.14. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $9.80 and as high as $12.64. On average, 454702 shares of RBS exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 387647.
