HP Sees Dell's Offer and Raises

Hewlett Packard counters Dell Inc. bid for 3PAR Inc. and offers $30 per share. Investors bid the stock up to $32 in hopes that Dell will revise their offer. So far the company, 3PAR has more than tripled in value since Dell's initial bid of $18 per share. Who knows how high the hostile takeover action will take the share price.
