Shares of Seagate Technology soared over 20% after hours on Thursday on talks that the company may go private. The company said it has been negociating with an unnamed company about making a move to go private, and that the board has been considering other alternatives.
Seagate wasn't the only company to soar after hours, shares of Google climbed 9.1% to 589.90$ and shares of Western Digital Corp. gained 8.8% to 32.08$.
