Air Products & Chemicals Inc (APD.N) took its year-long, $5.9 billion fight for Airgas Inc (ARG.N) back to court on Tuesday in a case that could shape the way big hostile takeovers are carried out. Air Products wants a Delaware judge to sweep away Airgas's legal defenses and allow it to buy the company for $70 per share.
