Goldman Sachs (GS.N) will sell its stake in Japanese golf course operator Accordia Golf (2131.T) (2131.T) in a deal worth 37 billion yen ($446 million) at the current market price, Accordia said. Accordia said a Goldman subsidiary would sell its 44.7 percent stake in Accordia, which the U.S. investment bank took public in 2006. (Reporting by Junko Fujita; Editing by Nathan Layne)
