Nokia's (NOK1V.HE) telecom gear venture Nokia Siemens Networks [NSN.UL] is focused on closing its agreed $1.2 billion acquisition of Motorola's telecom network arm in the first quarter, NSN's chief executive said. "We continue to work with Chinese authorities," Rajeev Suri told Reuters in an interview. Chinese regulator is yet to approve Nokia Siemens Networks' acquisition of Motorola's unit -- which forced Nokia Siemens to delay closing the deal into this year. (Reporting by Tarmo Virki)
