Electronic components maker Bel Fuse Inc said it offered to acquire rival Pulse Electronics Corp for about $249 million. The offer of $6 a share is 11 percent more than the stock's Friday close. Bel Fuse said it also nominated four independent directors for election at Pulse Electronics 2011 annual meeting.
