Crucell NV (CRCL.AS) shareholder Van Herk said on Wednesday it would tender its shares to U.S. healthcare company Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ.N) agreed 1.75 billion euro ($2.4 billion) offer for the Dutch biotech, having earlier criticised the offer as being too low. The Van Herk group held an 11.9 percent stake in Crucell, making it the second largest shareholder behind J&J, which has a 17.9 percent stake and is offering 24.75 euros per share for the shares it does not already own. "This is not a recommendation to other holders of the shares to tender their shares," Van Herk said in a statement. (Reporting by Aaron Gray-Block; Editing by Ted Kerr)
