Billionaire activist investor Carl Icahn reported a 9.08 percent stake in Clorox Co (CLX.N), sending its shares up almost 8 percent. Icahn may seek to have conversations with the company's management to discuss its business, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
