Emerging markets telecoms group Millicom (MICC.O) (MICsdb.ST) is not close to making a major acquisition, its chief financial officer said on Wednesday. "We are permanently looking at opportunities in the market, but don't expect we will announce anything in Q2, for example, or in Q1," said CFO Francois-Xavier Roger. "We are not close to major deals."
