Sweden-based broadcaster Modern Times Group (MTG) (MTGb.ST) said on Thursday it is interested in ProSiebenSat.1's (PSMG_p.DE) assets in Scandinavia but that there were many factors to consider. "We are looking at the Scandinavian assets. We are not looking at the Germany assets right now," chief executive Hans-Holger Albrecht told Reuters. "But to be honest there are many factors that come into play, the price and so on. It could go quickly, it could go slowly and maybe it won't happen at all," he added. Prosiebensat.1, owned by private equity firms KKR [KKR.UL] and Permira [PERM.UL], said in January that it has begun the process of selling some of its assets to pay down debt.
