The board of NYSE Euronext (NYX.N) is expected to meet on Sunday to discuss a deal with Deutsche Boerse AG (DB1Gn.DE), sources close to the deal said on Friday. On Wednesday, the two powerhouse exchange operators said they were in advanced talks to merge, just hours after London Stock Exchange (LSE.L) unveiled a bid for Canadian market operator TMX Group Inc (X.TO).
