PepsiCo Inc (PEP.N) said on Thursday it completed its acquisition of 66 percent of Russian juice and dairy company Wimm-Bill-Dann (WBD.N) and said it expects to make an offer for the remaining shares by March 11. The $3.8 billion deal bring's PepsiCo's stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann's ordinary shares to about 77 percent and makes PepsiCo the largest food and beverage business in Russia, the maker of Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay snacks and Quaker oatmeal said.
