Telenor (TEL.OL) has funds available to exercise its pre-emptive right to purchase new shares in the Weather deal, the head of the Norwegian company's Russian operations said on Tuesday. "There is no doubt there are funds available," Oli Bjorn Sjulstad told reporters.
